Q1: Can I preview my custom product before ordering?

A: Yes! We offer digital previews for most products. You’ll receive an email with a mockup before printing begins.

Q2: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Q3: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You may cancel or request changes within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, customization work may already be underway.

Q4: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us with a photo within 3 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by region.

Q6: Are all items personalized?

A: Most of our items are made-to-order and customized with your pet’s photo or name. Details will be specified on each product page.

Q7: I uploaded the wrong photo. What can I do?

A: Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll help update it.
